Request account deletion

To request deletion of your Roamia account, email hello@traveledin.ai from the email address associated with your account and include the subject line “Roamia account deletion request.”

What we delete

After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:

• Account profile details
• Private trips, stops, notes, routes, and location records
• Uploaded photos, videos, thumbnails, and related metadata
• AI-assisted captions, summaries, and drafts tied to your account
• Published stories that you own, unless you ask us to handle specific public links differently

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Our current retention target is deletion or anonymization within 60 days from active systems and within 180 days from backups, unless a longer period is required by law.

In-app deletion

If an in-app deletion control is available in your version of Roamia, you can use that control instead of emailing us. If you cannot access the app, this page remains available for deletion requests.
